Registration Requirements

PinUp India sets clear rules for anyone who wants to sign up, and each application is reviewed to make sure it meets these standards. Only players who satisfy the following requirements are granted access:

• Players must be at least 18 years old to register with Pin-Up India;
• Users must stay in India to play;
• Only one account is allowed per person;
• Players must provide accurate, verifiable personal details during registration;
• Identity must be confirmed with a government-issued ID for KYC checks, along with proof of address and a screenshot of the payment account used for making financial transactions;
• Applicants must check the box confirming they accept all terms and conditions before creating an account.

Bet Settlement

Pin-Up follows the same bet settlement rules for both casino games and sportsbook bets. Here's how different outcomes are handled:

• A bet is voided if the event doesn't meet the conditions required for completion;
• If an event is cancelled by its organizer, all stakes are returned to the player's account;
• Partial payouts apply when part of a multi-selection bet doesn't complete. The sportsbook returns the relevant portion;
• System and express bets are made up of several betting markets, and each leg is settled on its own, with valid remaining legs paying out normally;
• If a technical issue interrupts play, Pin Up voids the round, in line with the standard bet settlement rules.

Bonus Rules for Players

PinUp's bonus program offers over 20 promotions, each with specific conditions. New players should review all the terms before activating any reward.

• Each player may activate only one welcome bonus;
• To activate any promotion, players must meet its specific requirements, such as registration, account verification, or a qualifying deposit;
• Generally, only one active bonus or promotion can be used per account at a time;
• Bonus funds and any winnings from them must be wagered according to the promotion's terms before they can be withdrawn;
• Every bonus comes with an expiration date, after which any unused bonus funds or free spins may be removed;
• Pin-Up may refuse rewards or cancel bonus winnings if it detects multiple accounts, fraud, or misuse of promotional offers.

Prohibited Actions

Certain actions are not allowed on Pin Up, and breaking these rules may result in account suspension or permanent deletion. Players must not:

• Create more than one account. Duplicate profiles may be suspended or permanently closed;
• Provide false personal information, including fake names, addresses, or other incorrect details during registration or verification;
• Exploit promotions, create accounts solely to claim the same bonus repeatedly, or use bonuses in ways that violate promotion terms;
• Use someone else's payment account. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the player's own name;
• Use bots or automated software that gives an unfair advantage or automates gameplay;
• Collude with other players by coordinating bets or gameplay to gain an unfair edge;
• Request unjustified payment reversals after using deposited funds, which can lead to a permanent account block;
• Submit fake or altered documents. This will result in failed verification and account closure.

Player Data Privacy and Protection

PinUp collects personal and financial data from registered users. Here's how that information is handled:

• Data collected includes name, contact details, payment information, and identification documents;
• The purpose of data collection is to create accounts, verify identities, and process transactions when necessary;
• Third-party sharing occurs with payment processors and KYC providers who need access to this data;
• Pin-Up keeps Indian player data on file for the period specified under its license terms.
